The company A. Petrides Landtourist Estates Ltd was established in 1981 by the present General Manager, Mr. Andreas Petrides. With tremendous experience in the provision of services in the real estate sector, Mr. Petrides proceeded with further expanding the real estate sector offering all the services relating to the profession. The Company has its headquarters in Nicosia (Lefkosia), Limassol (Lemesos), Protaras and Athens.


The main operations of the Company in Cyprus and Greece are: Acquisitions, Sales, Rentals, Real Estate Valuations, Development and Feasibility Studies, Portfolio Management, Marketing/Promotion of Real Estate, research for any real estate asset relating to is physical and legal status, transfers, tax exemptions and assistance to identify loan with the best terms.

We are currently developing and implementing a new and exciting Cloud-Based Estate Software, in cooperation with first class experts in order to bring you a whole new immersing experience, aiming to refine the process of searching, viewing and purchasing real estate.
